Bought on and off from this shop ( cannot use name what is going on trust pilot) for the last 6 years. Delivery is not particularly quick but I have more trainers than I needed so it’s never a real issue. But I can see how some might be upset by that. The trainers are always well boxed and protected. Never had a pair that had been worn as supplied by SIZE once (the clowns ). Sales are always good value especially if I am stacking up for future sales. Prefer there collaborations the adidas 420 were a fantastic shoe. As a shop they remind me of Kith in the states. Much better than Size or even End ( and that kills me as a Geordie to write that as I remember then as a fantastic niche trainer shop on high bridge street) but with the global trend in trainers there will be a loss of consumer contact and confidence. Why only 5.....don’t ever win there raffles ( so grumpy about it). Keep it up always a good selection. Just had to remove the shop name as it was moderate as inappropriate!!!!! Happy to shop for the foreseeable at the shop I cannot now name.

Unfortunately I had to send back a faulty pair of trainers, I’d only worn them a few times but had thrown out the original box and paper work. It only took a few emails and photos of the fault to have a full refund authorised, sent back and full refund received within a few days.

I ordered a pair of Nike Max trainers. Normally parcels can take up to five days to reach me due to an IV postcode. However Hanon had the shoes delivered to me in 2 days which was great as they were a Birthday present

Please don't bother using these people. I made an order, they happily accepted my order and took my money, a day later I receive an email saying my order is cancelled because they don't have the trainers in stock even though the site had no problem telling me other items were out of stock.I will NEVER be using these clowns again, just ANOTHER dodgy site I will steer clear from. And don't bother me with one of your generic bull crap replies. Just Save it. You took my money and wasted my time. I'll NEVER buy from here or recommend that anybody else does. I suspect the good reviews are paid fake reviews. Look at the poor reviews for a true reflection of this small time unprofessional so called company. They are an absolute joke.

Lucky enough to win the ZX420's in the raffle and also the 2nd pair . The quality and detail is amazing . Boxed up superbly as well . Can't rate these trainers highly enough . Keep up the great work Hanon .

Refused to send out a new pair or refund when a pair were “delivered”. I returned from work to a house that had been empty all day but the trainers supposedly had been signed for. Basically called me a liar and I won’t be using them again. The delivery driver laughably claims he give the package to me! Parcelforce are just as bad as them!
